Крем супа от праз и картофи  

  Продукти:
5-6 картофа, 2 стръка праз, 1 лъжица вегета или супа на прах (пилешка или телешка), 5-6 лъжици сметана, 2 жълтъка, сол.


Начин на приготвяне:

 Обелените картофи нарежете на едро и сложете да се варят. Към полусварените картофи прибавете едро нарязания праз. Като омекнат напълно, разбийте с миксера да се получи гладко пюре (около 5 чаши). Прибавете вегетата и варете още 5 мин. Застройте супата с вълтъците и сметаната. Поднесете я с препечени кубчета хляб. Още рецепти:BG-GOTVACH.COM
